In 2010, Albany Barn opened a new headquarters and art space one block from St. Joseph's Academy. The 2010 Summer in the City Youth Talent Exhibition was the first public art show at Stage 1 featuring work by over fifty young people from the City of Albany in a professional storefront gallery environment highly visible from the street. 

This brand new 1,700 square foot facility features:

• dual large bathrooms/changing space
• built-in track spotlighting
• free WiFi Internet access
• electricity, hot water, central air and heat included

Stage 1 is available now for studio space, classes, exhibitions, meetings and rehearsals at affordable rates.
