| City Youth 'Build' Visions of Albany |

The winners were selected by Albany County District Attorney David Soares; Mary Milham, Director of the Albany County District Attorney’s Community Justice Outreach Center; and Albany Barn board members, Craig Shufelt, president of The Shufelt Group, and Jon Huther, president of Elite Venture Media. All winners will receive a gift certificate to Arlene’s Artist Materials, Inc., two tickets to the Albany Institute of History and Art, and a gift certificate for lunch in downtown Albany. The Winners in the K-5th grade category were: The Winners in the 6-8th grade category were: The Winner in the 9-12th grade category was: A "Building Communities" exhibit showcasing all entries will open on Friday, March 2nd with a reception from 5:00-9:00pm in conjunction with the “1st Friday” arts walk, at “Stage 1,” located at 46-48 N. Swan Street. Winning entries will be featured at “Stage 1” for the Friday reception before returning to the Community Justice Outreach Center, located at 155 Clinton Ave, Albany, open to the public Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm. “Building Communities” will remain on display at Stage 1 for the month of March.
